The integration of a groove within the cylinder tube in our gas spring variant allows for highly customizable damping characteristics, precisely attuned to individual customer demands.In contrast to conventional gas springs where damping is managed by a nozzle, our variant leverages a groove in the cylinder for control. This design offers numerous benefits, such as consistent damping performance in any installation position, whether horizontal or with the piston rod facing upwards.Moreover, the damping intensity and characteristics can be finely tuned to meet customer needs with greater precision.
