Unlike standard gas springs that only offer controlled oil damping at the end of the stroke, our advanced gas springs provide comprehensive full-stroke damping. Customized to the client's specifications, the desired damping characteristics are implemented through a precision-engineered tapered groove. This groove is immediately filled with oil as the piston rod moves in and out, ensuring seamless operation.
Thanks to the innovatively designed groove installed within the cylinder tube, the damping characteristics of our gas springs can be precisely tailored to meet individual customer requirements.
