Unlike standard gas springs that only provide controlled oil damping at the end of the stroke, our advanced gas springs deliver full-stroke damping. Tailored precisely to customer specifications, the desired damping properties are integrated via a tapered groove filled with oil as the piston rod moves.
Our gas spring variant with a groove installed in the cylinder tube allows for the damping characteristic to be highly customized to meet specific customer requirements, ensuring optimal performance for any application.In our gas springs, damping is not managed through a nozzle as in conventional models, but is controlled by the cylinder groove. This design ensures consistent damping characteristics in any installation position, whether horizontally or with the piston rod upwards.The damping intensity and characteristics can be finely tuned to meet exact customer requirements. This precision allows for a very smooth transition into damping, providing additional protection to the structure.
