Unlike standard gas springs that offer controlled oil damping only at the end of the stroke, our advanced gas springs deliver full-stroke damping tailored precisely to customer requirements. The desired damping properties are created with a tapered groove filled with oil, which activates as the piston rod moves in or out.
The unique groove embedded in the cylinder tube allows for highly individualized damping characteristics, meeting specific customer requirements.
