Unlike standard gas springs that feature controlled oil damping only at the end of the stroke, our gas springs deliver comprehensive full-stroke damping. Customized to perfection, these gas springs incorporate a tapered groove filled with oil that activates as the piston rod moves.
Thanks to the groove embedded in the cylinder tube, the damping properties of our gas spring can be tailored precisely to meet unique customer specifications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.In this innovative design, damping isn't managed through a nozzle as in conventional gas springs, but via a groove in the cylinder. This offers remarkable advantages: consistent damping across all installation positions, whether horizontal or with the piston rod pointing upwards.Moreover, the intensity and characteristics of the damping can be finely tuned to meet specific customer requirements. This ensures a seamless transition into damping, further protecting the structure from wear and tear.
